Target Clients: Women 30 years+ seeking to share and receive genuine connection and support from other women are invited to join us for a time of healing, sharing, and empowerment.
Group Description: Join us in a process-based group for women 30 years+ offered by Infinity Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. Members can explore areas of struggle (past and present) with the additional lens provided by interpersonal feedback and relational experiences shared by other group members. Pre-group consultation sessions will be scheduled to determine the fit for the group.
Group Meets: Thursdays from 6-7:30 PM (8 sessions total), starting 9/28/23
