For individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and are interested in improving self/other awareness, relationship and communication skills, regulation of emotions and ability to tolerate distress in an affirming space of peers
The group teaches Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance Skills in a workshop/therapy group setting. This is an existing group and members can join any time after a one time screening. The group members can continue as long as they would like.
