Target Clients: Individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and are interested in improving self/other awareness, relationship and communication skills, regulation of emotions and ability to tolerate distress in an affirming space of peers.

Group Description
: DBT skills training group teaches Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance Skills in a workshop/therapy group setting.  Group participants must be in individual therapy while enrolled in group. This is an existing group and members can join any time after a one time screening.  The group members can continue as long as they would like.  

When the Group Meets: Every Tuesday 6pm-7:15pm via zoom
