This process group provides teens the opportunity to feel supported by their peers in a safe and judgment-free environment as they process the unique challenges that they face within their lives. Topics may include but are not limited to self-esteem, relationships, identity development, social skills, and societal expectations. This group will meet on Thursdays from 7-8 PM weekly and will include activities for self-expression to help foster a connection between the group members on a variety of topics. Our goal is to help teens support each other through listening while also being able to voice their own thoughts and feelings free of judgment.
