Group Description:
During the winter months, many of us are particuarly sensitive to stress or melancholy. In this DBT course participants will learn to practice how to navigate crisis situations, with emphasis on vital skills for self-compassion and self-care.  Each DBT skill will pair with active in-group techniques including gentle movement, yoga, sound and aroma therapies.  We will use mind and body to stay grounded and effective in our best selves.
