Group Description:
Our ever-changing lives can feel overwhelming. Uncertainty, anxiety, fear and loneliness can creep in. A supportive community can be the fertile ground we need to grow new roots and reconnect with our truest and fullest selves. In the company of others we begin to imagine new possibilities for our lives and relationships. We discover the courage to embrace change; to open our metaphorical wings, so we can fly.
