Biography
I am a caring, skilled, and empathetic psychotherapist/ counselor who can help you learn to effectively use your personal strengths, abilities and problem-solving skills to cope with difficulties in your life. For more than 20 years, I have helped people from many different backgrounds deal with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, work issues, and recovery from substance abuse. My services include short and long-term individual and group therapy. I particularly enjoy working with people who are facing life transitions. I accept most insurance plans, and I have a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. I am currently seeing people in person as well as by video telehealth.
