Target Clients:  College students ages 18-25

Group Description:

Moving out, making friends, doing homework, exams, juggling work, class, and life – college comes at you fast. This group aims to provide a space for recent college students ages 18—25 to explore their feelings related to the transition to college and young adulthood. From the fun, exciting, and exhilarating, to the confusing, scary, and overwhelming, this group aims to provide a space for college students to be themselves however they need to be. Topics may include academic/work/social life balance, adjusting to living with roommates, dealing with major/career choices, exploring social and dating life, navigating virtual learning and challenging professors or whatever else is salient for the members. Our goal is to develop a safe place for college students to come together, explore who they are, find what they need, and feel warmly supported on the journey. Who knows, we might even have a little fun, too.

Group Meets: Every Friday, 10-11 a.m.
