Group Description: This is a psychotherapy group for adolescents in which participants engage in bushcrafting activities that are fun to learn and strengthen the mind-body connection. This experiential engagement is an immersive experience that enables participants to process difficult feelings in a gentle way. During planned activities clients identify their strengths by connecting with themselves in nature.
Group Meets: Weekly on Saturdays from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. beginning on October 5, 2024
