About My Practice

My psychotherapeutic approach is a holistic and dynamic combination of strength-based modalities including EMDR, Sandplay, Solution-Focused, and Body-Centered Therapies. Involving the mind, body, and spirit , I  encourage my clients to discover and explore their own inner wisdom to heal and resolve old traumas and disabling core beliefs. I specialize in the treatment of traumatic stress with clients of all ages and families of any configuration. Clients speak of my work as gentle, effective, and profoundly life changing.
