About My Practice
Whether you or a family member is in crisis or transition, psychotherapy can provide a supportive environment to facilitate healthful changes. I use a variety of approaches depending upon your needs and concerns, such as insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, stress management techniques to name a few. I recognize and appreciate the significant role that the mind-body connection plays in psychotherapy. In my practice I am able to offer treatments and modalities that address the mind-body related issues that arise. My style is informal and interactive. Therapy is a process that we engage in together.
