About My Practice
I believe that therapy is an opportunity to gain awareness around the patterns that stand in the way of living fully. It is a chance to relinquish these patterns and find new ways of existing.
About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with training in Gestalt Therapy . I have a background in the arts, and am certified to teach yoga. I believe that my training, as well as my experience, has aided my ability to be extremely present and compassionate with those with whom I work. I enjoy working with adolescents, as well as adults.
