About My Practice
I have a general practice and draw from a wide variety of therapies and approaches to best match your unique needs. I think of therapy as a collaborative effort by drawing upon your strengths and experiences as building blocks for healing. I have been in the field of clinical social work since 1975 yet, I continue to learn from life and especially from those that come to me seeking help and support. I also offer personal growth workshops throughout the year.
I have a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. I draw from my clinical training as well as my experiences in the creative arts and meditation to foster a body/mind connection in order to deepen the healing process.
