About My Practice

I provide group and play therapy for children in collaboration with Dr. Andrea Grunblatt. I also help individuals of all ages and families who are struggling with Lyme disease, chronic illness, or end-of-life issues. Caring for yourself or another person is often too much to manage alone or even with family help. People often find themselves facing new feelings or spiritual questions during these times. You may call me for an initial consultation at no charge to explore ways to help your particular situation.

About Me

I am a licensed practitioner and was trained in clinical therapy at New York University. I hold certificates of training in hospice and spiritual care for individuals and families who are facing chronic illness or death for any person at any age. I currently work under the supervision of Dr. Andrea Grunblatt.

 

I love to stay current with recent research and methods, therefore, continuing education is an important part of my life. My current plans include obtaining additional certification in acupressure, movement, mindfulness, and transpersonal practices to enhance psychotherapeutic work with individuals and groups. I have been practicing meditation and yoga for over 30 years and am motivated and encouraged by the healing proof of these methods. I am a Lyme-disease survivor of at least 15 years, living a healthy and active life, and fully support and advocate for others living with Lyme.
