About My Practice
I have over 25 years experience effectively working with a wide range of problems presented by adults, adolescents, couples and families. In a warm and supportive environment I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify and develop strengths and tools to competently handle present and future challenges. I focus on strategies that reduce stress and anxlety, skills that improve communication and how to confront unhelpful thought patterns that allow clients to improve their sense of wellbeing. My training is cognitive/behavioral but my approach is integrative in helping clients attain their desired goals.
